Accessing your digital tickets is only a click away! Theatre Under The Stars will no longer issue print-at-home tickets. However, even if you have printed tickets, you will not be able to access digital tickets. If you would like them delivered to you digitally, please contact a member of our Guest Services staff via email or by phone at 713.558.8887. Please note: If you request to have your tickets delivered to you digitally, your printed tickets will no longer be valid and should be disposed of.
ACCESSING YOUR tickets
- To access your tickets, open your browser on your desktop or mobile device and visit mytickets.tuts.com.
- Login to your account using your email address and password. Make sure you enter the same email address you used when purchasing your seats.
- Your tickets will appear in your wallet.

What is Mobile Ticketing?
Mobile ticketing is the process whereby patrons obtain and gain entry to an event using their mobile phone. A mobile ticket contains a unique ticket verification (QR code) which keeps your tickets safe and secure and allows for easy retrieval and entry at the event. Your tickets will be available shortly after purchase at MyTickets.TUTS.com.
How are my digital tickets delivered?
Shortly after you complete your ticket purchase, you will receive an email receipt as your proof of purchase of your performance tickets. You will no longer receive an email with attached PDFs. Instead, all tickets will now be delivered digitally into this TUTS Digital Wallet, where you will be able to log in using your same TUTS login credential and view your mobile tickets. Closer to the show, you will also receive a know-before-you-go reminder email with the same link to help you access your mobile wallet. Mobile tickets will be delivered digitally to your TUTS Digital Wallet shortly after purchase at MyTickets.TUTS.com. Please note that the tickets in your TUTS Digital Wallet are valid tickets and should be protected like you would any other ticket.
Do I need to download an app?
No, you do not need to download an app to access your TUTS Digital Wallet. You can simply open up any web browser (ex: Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and type in MyTickets.TUTS.com to access your wallet.
When will the dynamic QR code begin displaying in my wallet?
It will begin displaying approximately 12 hours prior to your performance start time.
Can I just take a screenshot of my mobile ticket?
No, you cannot take a screenshot of your mobile ticket. This is because the QR code on your ticket dynamically refreshes on a regular basis, so it is not a static image available to screenshot. Your dynamic QR code is a projection against ticket scalpers and instances of fraud.
Can I add my TUTS Digital Ticket to my Apple Wallet?
Yes. As soon as your ticket is available in your TUTS Digital Wallet, it may be shared with your Apple Wallet.
How do I share tickets with friends who might be coming with me?
Need to share a ticket(s) with a friend? Log in to your TUTS Digital Wallet, click on the applicable performance date, then click SHARE TICKETS and follow the subsequent prompts to easily share your tickets via text or email.
Please note Parking and VIP packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
What happens if my friend is late?
Your ticket will still be scannable up to 30 minutes after the show begins. If you haven’t already done so, you can share the ticket from your mobile wallet even after the show has begun. Log in to your TUTS Digital Wallet (MyTickets.TUTS.com), click on the applicable performance date, then click “SHARE TICKETS” and follow the subsequent prompts to easily share your tickets via text or email.
What if I can’t find my ticket, forget my phone, or my phone loses its battery charge?
If you can’t find your ticket, arrive without your phone, or your phone loses its battery charge, you can visit our Guest Services Team at the Box Office the night-of and get a temporary ticket. We recommend charging your mobile device before your event to prevent entry delays.
