One of the primary goals of TUTS' Tommy Tune Awards is to help high school seniors who are pursuing a degree in musical theatre attend their college of choice. Over the past nine years, TUTS has awarded over $115,000 in scholarships.

The scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors who are pursuing a degree in musical theatre performance, management, educational or technical theatre.Applicants are evaluated by a scholarship committee that consists of TUTS board members and Houston community leaders.

Applications can be obtained from participating high school theatre directors.
